About Delta Landing 

Delta Landing is a mixed-use development on the northeast corner of I-55 and I-269 interchange. It is located directly across the street from the new Hernando High School and a short distance from Hernando Hills Elementary School. Delta Landing combines the principles of a traditional neighborhood with the excitement of a town center to build a community where people can enjoy both the comfort of their home and be within a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Residential Development

Delta Landing will include four distinct residential communities.

The Flats at Delta Landing are one and two-bedroom flats located mostly above commercial property.  These stylish homes offer contemporary design, spacious layouts and are just steps away from shops, dining, and entertainment. Once completed, there will be a total of 124 flats for lease. Leasing will begin in Summer 2025.

Bellwood Grove is a thriving community designed for active adults 55 and older. Homes range from 1800-2100 square feet and most have all the bedrooms on the lower level. A bonus room is included upstairs and all homes have a covered patio. Move-in ready homes will be available in March 2025.

Onward Point is nestled within Delta Landing and offers the perfect balance of luxury and convenience.  These approximate 1750 square feet three-bedroom condominiums are designed for modern living without the hassle of lawn work. They will be move-in ready in March/April 2025.

The Leflore offers single-family homes that range from 1800-2400 square feet and include recessed, rear load and carriage load entries. The floor plans consists of three and four-bedroom homes with two, two and half, and three baths. Most floor plan include a bonus room upstairs and all include a covered patio. Move-in ready homes will be available in March 2025.

Phase 1 of Construction

Phase 1 of construction includes:

  • 29 units for lease at The Flats

  • 16 condominiums at Onward Point 

  • 27 single-family homes in Bellewood Grove

  • 63 single-family homes in The Leflore

Pre-sales begin in early October and a waiting list for The Flats at Delta Landing will also open at this time.
